Sandy is the sensible one - working as a Property Valuer in Nelson.
We are life-time backpackers, having lived all over New Zealand, Australia and the UK.

The BnB is in a residential district and the owners live on-site.
The Continental breakfast includes toast, jam, butter, muesli, milk left in the fridge. Plunger coffee or tea provided.
Safe parking is on the road.
The jacuzzi is for the exclusive use of Studio guests. However, the jacuzzi is located in public zone on site.
Studio access requires walking up a steep driveway and fourteen steps.
Cabin access requires walking to the highest point on the property. It takes 3-4 minutes, so we recommend light bags.
Normally the host is available to help guests requiring assistance with baggage.
